At Tottely, we offer a return policy of 30 calendar days from the order delivery date.
Returns or refunds will only apply in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The order was not delivered and the loss is confirmed by the courier company.
To initiate a return or refund request, the customer must provide evidence to support their claim, including clear photographs of the product, original packaging, and shipping label, where applicable.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, retaining all its components and accessories included at the time of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days from the order delivery date cannot be processed.
